Role: Local Team Administrator
Location: Remote-based with occasional travel requirements.
Salary: £26,208 + tax-free bonus
Hours: Full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours per week), spread across 5 days
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Local Team Administrator to support our team in the Devon & Cornwall region. This is a key role that helps keep everything running smoothly, ensuring systems are accurate, learners are supported, and the team has what they need to succeed.
You’ll work from home and attend team meetings in the Devon & Cornwall region every quarter.
What Youll Be Doing
As our Local Team Administrator, you’ll be the central point of coordination for your team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing apprenticeship applications and learner records using systems like HubSpot and BUD
* Acting as the first point of contact for learners and employers, handling queries with care and professionalism
* Supporting employers with the Apprenticeship Service and guiding them through the process
* Carrying out compliance checks to ensure records are audit-ready
* Maintaining error logs and supporting accurate monthly data reporting
* Sharing updates and key information with your team and Area Manager
* Identifying and flagging potential funding issues
* Providing general administrative support to the Area Manager and wider team
What were looking for
Were seeking someone who is detail-focused, digitally confident, and thrives in a supportive, remote-working environment. Ideally, you will be:
* Located within the Devon & Cornwall region
* Experienced with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), MIS platforms (e.g. BUD), and the Apprenticeship Service
* Knowledgeable of GDPR and data privacy best practices
* Experienced with administrative skills, including proficiency in Excel and database management
* Bonus: Knowledge in the Work-Based Learning sector and familiarity with apprenticeship funding rules
