As a Registered Nurse / ODP in our Maternity Theatres team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care for women undergoing clinical or peri-operative procedures. Responsibilities include rotating across our theatre teams and specialties, undertaking the role of scrub practitioner for both elective and emergency procedures, and providing compassionate, high-quality post-operative care to women in the recovery area. Working closely with the Department Manager, Matron, and multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to maintaining and promoting the highest standards of clinical care within the unit. The role involves supporting, monitoring, and delivering care to women and their babies during clinical procedures and throughout the post-operative phase, ensuring patient safety and a positive experience at all times.
