A prestigious law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Secretary / Administrator to join its Chester based team.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with previous experience in a professional sector such as Legal, Medical, Finance, or similar.
Key Experience
* Excellent keyboard / typing skills; audio skills are desirable but not essential.
* Professional telephone manner and good communication skills at all levels.
* Strong organisation, planning, and prioritising skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Providing general secretarial, administrative, and reception support to the department.
* Attending meetings, occasionally taking notes/minutes.
* Typing letters, reports, and general correspondence.
* Answering incoming calls and handling questions and enquiries.
