Job description;
* Loading and unloading
* Navigation: help plan routes, navigate, and advise the driver on diversions.
* Delivery paperwork: help ensure that all delivery paperwork is completed.
* Customer service: communicate with customers before and during delivery.
* Vehicle maintenance: may assist with vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
* Parking: act as banksmen for drivers parking in tight spaces or sharp corners.
* Removing packaging: packaging and place items at the customer's request.
* Obtaining signatures: Driver's mates may obtain delivery signatures from customers.
