Project Team Secretary (maternity cover) – Hours: 37 hours per week. Location: Baird & ANCHOR Project Office, Rosehill Annexe, Foresterhill Health Campus. Band: Band 4 (£30,353 - £33,016). Contract: Fixed Term/Secondment until September 2026.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated Project Team Secretary to join the Baird and ANCHOR Project Team, part of the NHS Grampian Planning, Innovations and Programme Directorate.
We are seeking an experienced, qualified and highly capable individual to work alongside the other Project Team Secretary to support the multi-professional Project Team working on the Baird Family Hospital and ANCHOR Centre developments on the Foresterhill Health Campus.
The successful candidate will support all members of the Project Team by providing a team and personal secretary secretarial service. The Project Team comprises the Project Director, clinical, service and technical project leads.
Relevant secretarial experience, including the role of an experienced meeting secretary is essential, ideally with some previous experience of working in a large project. In addition, we are looking for potential colleague to have the skills to work with tight timescales and periods of pressure, excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to support a wide range of professionals to achieve the goals of the project.
Responsibilities
* Provide a team and personal secretarial service to all members of the Project Team.
* Support the multi-professional Project Team comprising the Project Director and clinical, service and technical leads.
* Demonstrate relevant secretarial experience, including working as a meeting secretary, ideally within a large project, and the ability to work to tight timescales and under pressure.
