Location 43a Forkhill Rd, Cloughoge, Newry, BT35 8QY Hours of Work Monday to Friday: 9:00am 5:00pm Saturdays: 10:00am 2:00pm (Optional) The Role As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering a professional, engaging, and customer-focused sales experience from first enquiry through to vehicle handover and beyond. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers both in person and through digital channels (email, WhatsApp, phone and social media) Understand customer needs through effective listening and questioning Recommend suitable vehicles, add-ons and finance options Deliver professional vehicle presentations and test drives Manage the full sales process from enquiry to handover Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates Follow up leads, enquiries, and previous customers to generate repeat business Achieve individual and team sales targets Ensure the showroom and forecourt are clean, well-presented and sales-ready Provide excellent aftersales service and build long-term customer relationships Experience & Skills We are looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive or proven sales professional who can demonstrate a strong track record in a customer-facing sales environment.
