£110 – £120 per day (PAYE, no umbrella deductions)

What you’ll be doing:
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the teacher’s absence
* Managing classroom behaviour and keeping learning on track
* Supporting pupils across a range of subjects and year groups
* Building confidence and presence in the classroom – every day’s different!
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience working with young people (school, youth work, coaching, tutoring all welcome)
* Confident classroom management skills – or the willingness to learn with our support
* Adaptability and a calm, positive approach
* A genuine interest in supporting young people to succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
