Job Description:
As a barista at our coffee cart, you'll be on the front line of our fast-paced setup, crafting espresso-based drinks, serving delicious pastries, and providing exceptional service to every customer. If you're passionate about coffee, love interacting with people, and enjoy a lively work environment, this role is for you
Responsibilities:
* Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks quickly and efficiently
* Handle cash and card transactions accurately
* Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to health and safety guidelines
* Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift
* Provide friendly and engaging service to customers, even during peak hours
Requirements:
* Experience as a barista preferred but not essential; we'll train the right person
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Dependable and punctual, especially for early shifts
* Passion for coffee and a positive attitude
