Position Overview
The successful applicant will be joining an integrated community nursing team delivering holistic high-quality nursing care to a dedicated client group in their own homes and residential settings. You will work in a dynamic and proactive nursing team in partnership with associated health and social care providers.
Responsibilities
* Travel across many sites within the Hull & East Riding area providing care in the community.
* Use your own vehicle and transport clients safely and effectively.
* Support the delivery of high-quality, holistic nursing care to clients in their homes and residential settings.
Qualifications and Requirements
* UK driving licence with business use insurance and a vehicle suitable for business purposes.
* Ability to work across Hull & East Riding area, including ability to travel to multiple sites.
* Experience of community nursing is advantageous but not essential; full training, support and development will be provided.
* Capability to work independently and under your own initiative.
* Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care.
