We are actively looking for a Building Safety Manager to join a housing association in Northamptonshire on a permanent basis. In return you will receive, hybrid working, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays and local government pension scheme.\n\nAs the Building Safety Manager, you will be:\n\nResponsible person for the day to day management of the building safety programme for the high-rise properties \nEnsuring the properties are in line with the Building Safety Act and compliance regulations \nDevelop and maintain building safety cases and risk assessments for the high-rise buildings \nManaging the building inspections programme and the remedial actions \nExperience and qualifications:\n\nLevel 4 qualification in building safety, fire safety, or housing-related compliance\nNEBOSH or IOSH or equivalent certification \nStrong knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety Order 2005\nManaging building safety and fire risk across domestic properties\nIn return as the Building Safety Manager, you will receive:\n\n£55,000-£60,000\nMileage expensed\nHybrid working \nFlexible working hours \nLocal government pension scheme \nWe are keen to see CVs from Building Safety Manager, Fire Safety Manager, Fire Manager, Fire Consultant \n\nIf this role appeals to you then please apply now or contact Katie on (phone number removed) or email on katie @(url removed)
