* Salary: Exceptional, guaranteed basic salary up to £35,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
* Earning Potential: Rewarding efficiency bonus and available overtime pushing your realistic On Target Earnings (OTE) to £45,000 per annum.

What you will be doing
* Utilizing high-end, dealer-level diagnostic equipment to fault-find complex electrical and mechanical issues on premium German and VAG vehicles.
* Undertaking advanced mechanical work, including complex diagnostics, suspension rebuilds, and intricate timing chain/belt replacements.
* Performing detailed vehicle health checks and providing accurate technical feedback to the service desk team.
* Maintaining an exceptional standard of craftsmanship, ensuring repairs are completed right the first time.
* Collaborating with a team of elite technicians to maintain excellent workshop efficiency.
