Salary: £40,509.90

We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrician to carry out electrical installation and maintenance tasks throughout the whole of Saffron Housing Trust Properties.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Undertake all electrical works including maintenance, modernisation, improvements and remedials to maintain all premises owned by Saffron or those they have interest in.
* Responsible for ensuring all jobs are closed down accordingly when jobs are completed via a mobile device.
* Responsible for all equipment provided by Saffron including van stock, vehicle, tools, and materials.
* Ensuring the safety and security of Saffrons tenants and properties by participating on the out of hours call out rota, as required.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Educations and Qualifications:

1. Provide evidence of an ECS Gold Card demonstrating a Level 3 competency-based standard (NVQ) in Electrical installations plus a formal BS7671 Qualification in the current edition of the Wiring Regulations.
