A leading global commodity trading firm renowned for its innovation and scale across the energy markets are offering the opportunity for an Endur Business Analyst to join their teams as they embark on a major Endur implementation supporting their Power and Gas trading desks.
The Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in the design, configuration, and delivery of the latest Endur platform, working closely with trading, risk, and operations teams. This is a high-profile position within a global programme, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to shape the firm’s energy trading landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, translating trading and risk requirements into Endur solutions.
* Support the design and configuration of Endur for Power and Gas trading workflows.
* Conduct analysis on trade lifecycle processes, data flows, and system integration points.
* Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure high-quality delivery.
* Participate in UAT, issue resolution, and post-implementation support.
Experience & Skills Required:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the commodities or energy trading sector.
* Hands-on expertise with Endur (Openlink) – ideally across front-to-back modules.
* Strong understanding of Power and Gas trading, including physical and financial products.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Previous involvement in large-scale system implementations or upgrades is highly desirable.
This role is hybrid in central London (2/3 days) with a base salary ranging from £100-140k depending on experience, plus wider benefits including bonus, pension, healthcare, and more.
