Workshop Support Administrator £26,000 to £28,000pa d.o.e, NN17 1QE, 32 days holiday, 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday, Pension, Health Care Plan, Training, Permanent, Immediate Start Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, our Corby site of a National Company has an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Administrator to provide administration support to two adjacent busy workshops: Generating all relevant job load related paperwork, including delivery notes Receiving and process ancillary orders, and updating workshop work schedules Maintaining and updating job cards Compiling time sheets information for engineers, investigating any queries if needed, and collating weekly labour cost, and monitoring this against budget Purchasing sundries required for the workshop, raising P/O Numbers, matching invoices with POD's for payment, contacting supplier if any discrepancies Liaising with other internal departments, including Sales & Servicing on behalf of the workshop Extracting information, and compiling information for weekly and monthly reports for Management All administration duties related to the departmentWe would expect the successful Workshop Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V-look ups, and formulas), be an excellent communicator and have friendly confident manner.
