Job Title: Lift Service Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team in Newquay and surrounding areas. As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
1. Carrying out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits
2. Attending lift breakdown callouts to perform minor repairs
3. Meeting customer response times and building strong client relationships
4. Providing updates to the Service Manager and participating in the regional 24/7 standby/callout rota
5. Diagnosing issues on a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifts and conducting basic LG1 examinations
6. Problem solving and working independently
