Customer Service Advisor

Ready Foods based in North Wales specialises in cooking a diverse range of menu options for a variety of food sectors from idea to market in the most efficient manner.
As Customer Service Advisor you will process, manage and be the point of contact for all customer orders. You will provide day to day support, including placing orders, arranging deliveries, invoicing customers, maintaining all relevant databases, compiling relevant reports and providing day to day to the sales and operations teams to ensure the timely delivery of products to our customers.
The successful candidate will have experience in customer service and administration, ideally within a food or manufacturing company and a working knowledge of SAGE 10 With a can do attitude, strong IT skills, particularly in word and excel, attention to detail, and being able to work within a team or on their own the successful candidate will have excellent time keeping, able to work to deadlines and work under pressure.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From £13.20 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
