Account Executive - Case Handler

Engage Services ESL, part of Marston Holdings Ltdare looking for a confident efficient individual to complete their team! Based in our dynamic and fast-paced Camberley office you'll be responsible for getting in touch with customers and clients by phone and email - handling daily queries and ensuring clear communication at all times..
What you will be doing:
* Handling case files from commencement to conclusion
* Acting as the key point of contact via phone and email for clients and customers
* Collaborating with the enforcement team to resolve case inquiries quickly
* Preparing reports and processing invoicing
* Diary management and case planning
* Using online consumer tracing tools and databases
What We Are Looking For:
* Previous experience in an fast-paced office environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills – confident and professional in every interaction
* Solution-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenges proactively
* Highly organised and able to manage a busy, varied workload efficiently
* Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
