Digital & Ecommerce Manager Job Summary This role is part of the Marketing & NPD team. The role is responsible for the creation and delivery of the digital & ecommerce strategy and annual plan. Key Areas of Responsibility Develop the digital strategy; clarifying the role digital & ecommerce will play for our brands. Develop, communicate, and execute the annual digital plan, across website, paid media, ecrm and social channels. Develop and implement the sales strategy for direct to consumer channels, ensuring the sales growth targets are delivered in line with the plan. Project manage all digital projects, including, website developments, ecommerce platform builds and social media campaigns. Optimise the consumer journey at each touchpoint to leverage brand affinity. Monitor and analyse the website and social media performance metrics, to capitalize on opportunities or course correct where needed. Manage the digital agency relationship, ensuring they are an extension to the team. Management of the digital budget; monitoring and controlling expenditure. Be the internal digital expert, championing the key platforms with the main stakeholders. You will: Be passionate and determined. Have an entrepreneurial can-do attitude.
