Do you have the experience, empathy, and resilience to support pupils in achieving their full potential?Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH.Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to implement individual education plans (IEPs).Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.Support pupils in both classroom and one-to-one settings.Monitor progress and contribute to assessment and review processes. What We're Looking For: Proven experience working with children with SEND in an educational setting.A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEND training).A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
