We're Recruiting: Sales Executive – Luxury Residential Development (Maidstone)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Executive to take full ownership of a luxury residential development in Maidstone.
This is a standalone role, ideal for someone confident in running a development independently and delivering an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Solely managing the day-to-day running of the development
• Handling all incoming enquiries and maintaining strong client relationships
• Conducting viewings and showcasing the development to a high standard
• Progressing sales from reservation through to exchange
• Managing completions and liaising with solicitors, agents, and stakeholders
• Producing detailed weekly reports outlining activity, leads, and progress
About You:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive on residential developments
• Confident working independently and taking full responsibility for a site
• Strong organisational and reporting skills
• Professional, polished, and customer-focused, with a passion for luxury property
Working Pattern:
• Days off: Tuesdays and Wednesdays
