We are looking to recruit a Plant Administrator to join a very busy Plant team operating in a fast paced environment for a construction company.
Key Duties to include (but not exclusive to)
* Process daily office operations for the plant team.
* Prepare accurate site reports and operational documentation with strong attention to detail.
* Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems, including confidential and compliance-sensitive documents.
* Support plant management by preparing senior-level operational documents and reports.
* Process purchase orders in line with established company procedures.
* Maintain up-to-date regulatory compliance records, including PAT tests, LOLER certificates, and related documentation.
* Prepare and update materials required for audits and inspections.
* Collaborate closely with the plant team to support ongoing operational needs.
* Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally, providing excellent communication support.
* Assist team members with administrative tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Identify areas for administrative process improvements and help implement changes.
Key Skills
* A Construction and/or Plant background would be ideal but not essential
* Contributes to the team.
* Works collaboratively.
* Clear, effective communicator, on the phone, in writing and in person.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Strong efficiency and punctuality.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Shows initiative in resolving problems.
