Wherever you are on the beautifully landscaped grounds of the Culloden Estate & Spa, our guests savour our warm and inviting ambience, where they cosy up by the log fire on cooler evenings with an excellent selection of wines, or take in the breathtaking views from the Lough Bar with a cocktail.
Supported by our Beverage Manager, you will provide leadership to our food and beverage team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our busy Bars. We want to help you to develop your skills and offer an extensive range of learning and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will have worked in a busy hospitality environment and be able to provide an exceptional standard of service.
You can expect to work 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out of seven including weekends.
As Bar Supervisor you will have a flexible approach as working patterns will include evenings and weekends as required.
This full-time position offers a salary of up to £26,390 per annum.
