Support teachers in creating engaging lessons and raising achievement. Step in to lead lessons during teacher absence. Contribute to assessments, feedback, and tracking student progress. Develop a specialist area (e.g., literacy, numeracy, SEND, ICT). Provide pastoral support to reduce barriers to learning and promote wellbeing. Guide and support other classroom staff where required. What we’re looking for: Qualifications: GCSEs in English & Maths (A*–C / 9–4 or equivalent) plus relevant TA/HLTA qualifications. Experience: Strong classroom experience, including leading groups or classes. Skills: Communication, organisation, and IT proficiency.
