This varied Growth role covers sales development, marketing support, networking at events, and product launches. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, engaging new prospects, supporting business development initiatives, and using CRM automation. You’ll help deliver core solutions such as AI-powered note taking, care pathway tools, and automated documentation, alongside advanced analytics for service providers.
Office-based working (4–5 days per week) with occasional flexibility is standard, and you’ll work in a supportive environment known for daily team lunches and open, engaged leadership. Training is offered, including sector-specific knowledge—no prior experience in care required.
Salary for the role is a competitive £50,000 base, with on-target earnings up to £85,000. Progression is fast, with pathways to senior commercial roles, especially suited for ambitious SDRs keen on scale-up momentum.
Ideal candidates have roughly two years’ SaaS sales experience, are proactive in CRM systems, strong communicators, and motivated by rapid learning and career acceleration.
