The RoleAs a Part‑Qualified Audit Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality audit work across a varied client portfolio. You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of sectors and work closely with experienced colleagues who will support your technical development and progression.
You will:
1. Take increasing ownership of smaller audit assignments, with guidance from your manager.
2. Support Seniors and Assistant Managers on larger, moreplex engagements
3. Contribute to revenue and profitability targets through efficient delivery
4. Build strong, long‑lasting client relationships
5. Represent the firm at local networking and business development events
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
6. Planning and delivering audit assignments with appropriate documentation
7. Preparing statutory financial statements from client data
8. Identifying key risk areas and raising matters of concern with senior team members
9. Assisting with the execution and finalisation of audit files for review
About YouWe’re looking for someone who is motivated, proactive, and keen to progress within audit. You’ll bring:
10. Working knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP and auditing standards
11. ACA/ACCA/AAT part‑qualified status
12. At least 2 years’ experience in a UK practice audit environment
13. Experience working with clients across a variety of industries
14. The ability to coach and support junior team members
