This role is within The Beginning, with opportunities to cross over into different group wide projects.
THE ROLE
This is a mid-to-senior level strategy role with the opportunity to help shape the future of The Beginning.
You will work at the top of the funnel, helping clients define their brand direction, identify growth opportunities and unlock new ways of showing up in culture. This is an entrepreneurial environment, ideal for someone excited by building, contributing and helping define new ways of working.
You will lead small to mid-sized projects, collaborate with creative and client teams, and bring bold, distinctive thinking to business and brand challenges.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Leading strategic workstreams across brand, innovation and business-led projects
* Developing clear, inspiring strategic narratives grounded in cultural and consumer insight
* Helping clients define brand positioning, product opportunities and future communications directions
* Supporting the development of strategic frameworks, toolkits and thought leadership
* Contributing to the evolution and visibility of The Beginning (including publishing and written output)
* Presenting confidently to internal teams and clients
* Helping shape new methodologies and ways of working within a growing function
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone ambitious, curious and entrepreneurial and ready to step up into greater ownership and leadership.
You will likely:
* Have around 5–7 years’ experience
* Be comfortable leading small to mid-sized projects independently
* Enjoy tackling open-ended business challenges
* Be culturally engaged with strong strategic storytelling skills
* Be a confident writer and excited by contributing to thought leadership / publishing initiatives
* Thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy helping build new things
* Have strong interpersonal, presentation and collaboration skills
