Management Accountant
Location: Newquay
Contract: Permanent
An established property developer is seeking a Management Accountant to join its finance team, supporting multiple development projects.
This role will suit someone with experience in property or construction accounting and hands-on knowledge of Access Coins Construction ERP (desirable but not essential).
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare monthly management accounts for development companies and projects
2. Use Access Coins Construction ERP for project cost reporting, budgets and forecasts
3. Monitor development costs, cash flow and funding requirements
4. Produce variance analysis and management commentary
5. Support development appraisals and financial modelling
6. Maintain balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and journals
7. Assist with year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors
8. Work closely with project and construction teams
Requirements
9. Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
10. Proven experience using an ERP system (essential)
11. Experience within property development, construction or housebuilding advantageous
12. Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail
