Salary: NJC Scale 12–20 (£28,598 – £32,597 pro rata)
Hours: 43 hours finance PCM / 22 hours data PCM
Contract: 6-month temporary contract (extension subject to funding)

Home-Start Staffordshire Moorlands is seeking a highly organised and motivated Finance & Data Officer to join our small, dedicated team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in both the financial administration and data development of our local charity, which supports families with young children across the district.
This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong skills, and wants to make a real impact behind the scenes in a charity that changes lives.
This role requires flexibility in working hours, particularly during peak reporting periods such as month-end and year-end and when additional time is needed to introduce or amend systems.
While this is advertised as a 65-hour PCM combined role, we are open to splitting the role for the right candidates. If you have strong skills in either finance or data and would prefer to apply for just one part of the role, we still encourage you to apply.
