Duel Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Services (EBD & LD)
Location: Rugby, England
Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 including Generous Bonus Scheme
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Are you a seasoned Registered Manager with Ofsted registration and inspection experience, ready to take on a dynamic and rewarding leadership role? Our client is a highly respected care provider with over two decades of experience delivering bespoke residential services for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD).
They are currently three months away from achieving registration for their first 4-bedded children’s home in Rugby, with plans to open a second 2-bedded home by December. These homes will form a dual registration setup, offering a unique opportunity to lead what is essentially a small, focused ‘area’ role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading the operational setup and ongoing management of two beautifully designed homes.
* Ensuring full compliance with Ofsted standards and delivering outstanding care outcomes.
* Working closely with two Deputy Managers who will provide strong operational support.
* Developing and implementing tailored care plans for children with EBD and LD.
* Building a positive, nurturing environment for both staff and residents.
What We’re Looking For:
* A highly experienced Registered Manager with a proven track record of Ofsted registration and inspection.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple sites.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
