Lettings Manager’s duties will include, but will not be limited to:
1. Maximise the revenue for the Lettings division.
2. Build excellent relationships with clients to generate new and repeat business.
3. Establish and maintain the leading market share in the local area
4. Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team
5. Encourage your teams’ development and progression
6. Arranging property viewings
7. Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
8. Following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
9. Create and action business plans relevant to your branch, achieve and exceed targets set
Working hours:

11. Basic salary up to £32,000
12. £50,000 OTE (Uncapped)

15. £2,500 for your first 3 months of employment whilst you build your pipeline
The successful Lettings Manager must have:
16. Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
17. Full, Clean UK Driving License for Manual Vehicle
18. Proven track record of generating new business.
19. A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
20. Excellent relationship-building skills
21. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
22. Positive attitude.

25. IT Proficiency
