As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you will interact with members of the public, build rapport quickly, and introduce them to charitable initiatives that create real social impact. Key Responsibilities
* Driving Sales Results: Use your communication skills to clearly explain the benefits of supporting charitable causes and convert conversations into committed, long-term contributions. Success in this role is measured by your ability to drive sales.
* Exceptional Customer Care: Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, listening carefully, and ensuring every individual feels valued and informed throughout the interaction.
* Direct Public Interaction: Approach and engage members of the public in busy locations such as shopping centres, high streets, events, transport hubs, and retail areas. Your goal is to start conversations, create positive interactions, and build trust.
* Adaptive Selling Techniques: Adjust your communication style using empathy and emotional intelligence, ensuring each conversation is relevant, respectful, and engaging.
* Professional Campaign Representation Represent each campaign with professionalism and integrity while upholding high standards of conduct in every customer interaction.
* Target Achievement & Performance: Work toward daily and weekly sales goals, supported by clear guidance and structured expectations that help you track your progress.
* Team Support & Collaboration: Take part in team briefings, skills development sessions, and shared goal-setting to support a collaborative and energetic sales environment.
