Somewhere you can be pulling the strings on their ERP, Development and Business strategy?
We're on the lookout for a Portfolio Solution Manager to join a fast‑growing global energy business that aggregate and trade renewable power for business consumers and are executing an ambitious Global Trading Hub strategy.
You'll define “what we deliver” and “how we deliver it” across the IT portfolio. You'll translate business problems into effective technology solutions, guide early‑stage project shaping, and ensure solution quality and consistency across the wider systems landscape.
The ideal candidate will:
* Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Analysts, driving a strong performance culture.
* Shape the roadmap and define BA standards and frameworks.
* Liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholder to facilitate to timely and successful delivery of projects.
* Translate business problems into clear, deliverable technology solutions.
* Work closely with Architecture and Data teams to design fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
In return they offer up to £85k, performance bonus, medical, and hybrid working in Worthing!
