Join Us as a Duty Manager at Daish's Hotels!
Are you a departmental manager looking to climb the ladder? Or an experienced manager seeking a new adventure? If yes, then consider joining Daish's Hotels as our new Duty Manager!
We offer a competitive salary of up to £36,000 per annum, based on 48 hours, working up to 6 days per week, with incremental and performance pay reviews. We provide continuous all-year-round employment, as we do not close for the winter months. Additionally, you will receive £50 after completing basic training, and if you refer a friend, you'll split £100!
Working hours include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with shifts from 7:00 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 23:00, and occasional mid-shifts from 9:00 to 17:00.

Experience and Skills Required:

* Experience in developing and delivering staff training and induction.
* Knowledge and experience with EPOS systems in bars.
* Ability to manage difficult customer situations appropriately.
* Experience in cash handling and management.
* Understanding of Health and Safety policies.
* Experience managing staff rotas and wages.
* A helpful and welcoming attitude towards members and customers.
* Ability to build good relationships with staff and customers and to be a positive team leader.
* Leadership skills to motivate staff.
