Office Angels are looking for a switched-on Finance Assistant to join an established Multi-Academy Trust of primary and secondary academies across the West Midlands. Hours
HOURS: 8am - 4pm Monday to Thursday (some flexibility can be offered on start time), 8am - 3.30pm Friday

SALARY:£29093 (£15.13 hourly rate)

Main Duties
* Trips reconciliation
* Reconciling supplier statements / expenses
* E-mailing orders to suppliers
* Payment of Invoices
* Sending out bacs remittances
* Dealing with payment queries
* Processing of expenses
* Credit card transactions coding and reconciliation
* Checking finance e-mail account daily and clearing
* Assisting the Finance Officer with the preparation of both month and year end files
* Chasing of debtor invoicing debt
Requirements
* Experience with Account payable and receivable
* High attention to detail
* Strong IT skills, experience MS Office packages including Excel
* Experience on Sage
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent organisation
* Able to prioritise tasks, meeting tight deadlines
