We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced receptionist who is ready to take on additional facilities management responsibilities. You will be highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, supporting the facilities management team to ensure the smooth operation of the building.
Role Details:
* Department: Front of House
* Salary: £31,730 per year
* Hours: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
* Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level
* Employment Type: Full-time
* Job Function: Administrative
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing the reception area and ensuring it presents well at all times.
2. Greeting visitors warmly and managing sign-in processes.
3. Handling deliveries and maintaining an amenities file with useful local information.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with tenants, contractors, and the management team.
5. Reporting issues and managing maintenance contractors to resolution.
6. General administration, including managing building documentation and reports.
7. Developing and implementing concierge services and producing a monthly newsletter.
8. Communicating building news via weekly emails.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as a corporate receptionist with additional responsibilities.
* Excellent customer service skills, personable and proactive.
* Well presented, self-motivated, and organized.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media applications.
