Job Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough due diligence on property assets to find and advance disposal opportunities.
* Work closely with legal teams and property agents to manage the disposal process.
* Ensure transactions are efficient, achieve best value, and aid in financial recovery.
Person Specifications
Must Have
* Experience in property asset management and disposal processes.
* Ability to work with legal teams and property agents.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
Nice to Have
* Experience with council or public sector property transactions.
* Knowledge of financial recovery strategies.
