Key Responsibilities
1. Assess clients' existing procurement capabilities against best practices, identifying areas for improvement across people, processes, and technology.
2. Develop procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
3. Design improvements in procurement capabilities, including new operating models, organization redesign, procurement techniques, technology, and processes.
4. Support clients in implementing end-to-end procurement improvements, covering business partnering, benefits realization, analytics, category management, sourcing, contract management, supplier management, Source to Pay, sustainable procurement, and responsible sourcing.
5. Evaluate insourcing/outsourcing options for back- and middle-office as well as frontline services, including managing or delivering outsourced contracts.
Candidate Requirements
1. Experience in designing and delivering solutions within consulting, design, technology services, or industry backgrounds.
2. Exposure to customer-centric front-office transformation programs.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous situations.
4. Experience leading workstreams and deliverables for clients.
5. Understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
