Job Summary
If you are passionate about digital products, adding value, problem solving, meeting user needs, continuous improvement and personal development, then this is an excellent opportunity to join a progressively thinking team with a strong culture and the opportunity to make a real difference.
The NHSBT Donor Experience Product Centre builds, supports and develops multiple digital channels and products that enhance the user experience of donation. And by implementing genuinely agile ways of working, using new and modern technology and adding automation wherever possible, we are able to make regular iterative changes that add real value to our users and the organisation by contributing to the delivery of NHSBT’s mission, purpose and strategic objectives.
As a Delivery Manager you will be helping to facilitate these changes, coordinating and contributing to every aspect of the delivery lifecycle from scoping, planning and prioritisation, through discovery, development, testing, deployment and monitoring.
Working with key stakeholders, you will follow agile principles and processes to identify, justify and define priorities, translating complex user needs to tangible digital deliverables.
You will be proactive and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, both within the product centre and beyond. You will plan, define and deliver digital solutions, and you will get the best from our multidisciplinary, collaborative teams.
This role is as much about people as process. As well as having experience of delivering digital solutions using agile methodologies or the Government Digital Service (GDS) framework, you'll be adept at leading and motivating delivery teams.
