Overview
Sales Support Our Basingstoke based client are looking for a Sales Support person to join their team. The Sales Support person will be responsible for supporting the internal sales team with various duties to ensure the sales function operates smoothly and efficiently.
Salary
£26,000 – £28,000 per annum

Responsibilities
* Respond to customer queries within SLA
* Provide quotes to UK and European-based customers
* Maintain customer data on CRM system
* Compile weekly report on behalf of the sales team
* Maintain up-to-date price lists
* Plan UK and Europe-based trips; responsibilities include arranging travel, accommodation, dinners, etc.
* Ensure compliance is upheld at all times
* Maintain customer relationships
Qualifications
* A degree or A-level in maths or science is desirable
* Experience working in a sales support position
* A keen eye for detail
* Experience using a CRM system to log data
* Proven customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills
