Coordinate room assignments, schedules, and special projects with the housekeeping and front office teams.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering of supplies and linens.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with hotel and local regulations.
Handle guest requests and concerns professionally, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
Support the Housekeeping Manager in staff performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements: Minimum 23 years experience in a supervisory role within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.
Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera or similar).
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
