Interested in gaining experience and knowledge by working in a school setting with students who have challenging behaviour?

About The Role - Behaviour Mentor - Greenwich

* Providing assistance to students in classrooms
* Work closely with other staff members, such as behaviour mentors, youth workers, and pastoral care workers
* Providing 1:1 direct intervention and support within the classroom
* Contribute to creating a positive learning environment for students in collaboration with the class teacher
* Observe and evaluate pupils' responses about the progress of their learning and interventions
* Ensure that all pupils are included in the classroom
* Provide support to the class teacher when it comes to managing classroom behaviour
* Maintain communication with the behavioural and SLT teams regarding the progress of the students
* Support young people who struggle in the classroom by mentoring them
