Your main responsibilities include:

3. Resolving or reporting issues affecting customer experience promptly.

5. Building relationships with the local community to positively represent the brand.
6. Understanding support departments to optimize customer experience.
7. Identifying opportunities to improve store performance and support activities to generate additional business.
8. Implementing action plans for store development and performance improvement.
9. Ensuring store control guidelines are followed by all team members.
10. Managing controllable costs, especially personnel costs.
11. Leading team participation in promotional activities.
