Purpose Of The Role
The Estates Partner plays a vital role in ensuring each home is safe, compliant, well-maintained and welcoming. They carry out reactive repairs, deliver proactive and planned maintenance, manage contractors, complete all estates and environmental audits through Nourish, and uphold the highest health and safety standards.
About The Role
Working to a “see it, own it, fix it” model, the Estates Partner ensures that building standards, resident comfort and safety are maintained every day. They directly support the Home Operations Manager and Resident Experience Manager, working alongside the Head of Estates to deliver a consistent, compliant and high-quality environment for the people we care for.
Responsibilities
* Perform reactive repairs and deliver proactive and planned maintenance to maintain safety and comfort in homes.
* Manage contractors, coordinate work, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
* Complete estates and environmental audits (through Nourish) and address findings promptly.
* Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident well-being in collaboration with Home Operations Manager, Resident Experience Manager, and Head of Estates.
