Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in the North East of Scotland. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes that align with our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily office tasks and ensure efficient operation.
* Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
* Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
* Organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.
* Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create documents and presentations.
* Support financial tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
* Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to information.
* Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes.
Qualifications * Proven office experience in an administrative role.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
