Overview of the Job
For healthcare professionals and administrative workers, the role-specific and compliance-based training programs must be designed, delivered, and evaluated by the Skill & Development Trainer-Healthcare Sector. Upskilling staff in areas including clinical documentation, digital health systems, safeguarding, patient care standards, and regulatory compliance will be a key responsibility of yours. A driven learning expert with extensive healthcare industry knowledge, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to simplify clinical and administrative procedures into easily understood training sessions is needed for this position. In a highly regulated, fast-paced workplace, you will make sure that employees stay competent, self-assured, and compliant.
Duties
* Assess the clinical and administrative teams’ training needs.
* Create, develop, and present training courses tailored to a particular industry, such as:
* Standards for patient care and hygienic measures
* Training for the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
* Use of the NHS and digital health system
* GDPR and safeguarding in the medical field
* Awareness of first aid and instruction in health and safety
* Soft talents including communication, empathy, and de-escalation methods
* Make interesting resources, such as e-learning materials, evaluations, visual aids, and SOPs.
* New hires should receive induction training that includes required compliance modules.
* Assess the efficacy of learning using post-training evaluations, competency checklists, quizzes, and feedback forms.
* Develop development plans for non-clinical teams and clinical support professionals in conjunction with HR and department managers.
* To make sure regulatory audits are fulfilled, keep an eye on training records and keep your LMS updated.
* Keep up with changes to NHS England frameworks, CQC standards, and CPD needs.
* Look for chances to use mixed and digital learning solutions.
Requirements
* 1–2+ years of experience in hiring (preferably in office staffing, business support, or non-clinical roles).
* Knowledge of reference checking, Right to Work checks, and recruitment compliance.
* Strong sourcing abilities on a variety of channels, including Indeed, LinkedIn, Reed, and CV-Library.
* Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
* Well-organised and capable of overseeing several open positions and applicant pipelines at once.
* Adept at utilising CRM and ATS solutions for the hiring process.
* Optimistic, goal-oriented, and commercially minded.
* A business, human resources, or similar degree is desired but not required.
