We are the owners and operators of 59 residential parks across England and Wales. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a part-time office administrator at our park in Addlestone, Surrey.
The hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities:-
· Taking money on a daily basis from residents
· Balancing the books each month
· Input of pitch fees onto computer accounts package
· Answering the telephone
· Liaising with head office were necessary
· Depositing monies into bank
· Assist in the general running of the park on a daily basis
· Delivering mail to residents' homes
· Taking monthly meter readings
· Showing potential purchasers around new homes
· Dealing with residents queries
· Dealing with sales queries
· Any other reasonable duties
Skills required:-
General office and administration skills, dealing with accounts, basic Microsoft excel and Word knowledge
Used to working on own initiative, customer care, accounts, bank reconciliations, experience or knowledge of mobile home parks
