We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Wedding & Events Manager to join our award-winning team at The Granary Estates.

Who we’re looking for:
Essential Experience & Skills
* Minimum 2 years of proven experience in event management – wedding experience
highly desirable.
* Professional, smartly presented and confident in client-facing roles.
* Strong administration skills and highly organised.
* Proficient in IT and event management tools/systems.
* Able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
* Occasional sales experience beneficial – must be confident conducting viewings and follow-ups when required.
* A natural team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

* Highly customer-centric – delivering memorable experiences is at your core.
* Takes pride in presentation – of yourself, your work and the venue.
* Willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and longer days during peak season.

Key Responsibilities:
* Event Planning & Delivery: Own the execution of weddings and events from start to
finish, including final planning meetings, timeline management and on-the-day
coordination.
* Client Communication: Be a trusted and consistent point of contact throughout the
planning process, ensuring couples feel supported, understood and excited.
* Occasional Sales Support: Respond to enquiries, conduct venue viewings, and assist in converting leads into bookings as needed.
* Supplier Management: Liaise with trusted external suppliers and coordinate their
involvement on the day.
* Customer Experience: Represent our caring, wholesome brand with grace and
professionalism – every time.
* Venue Support: Help oversee bar stock ordering, administrative duties and venue
readiness for events.
