We’re working with a welcoming secondary school in Bromley that’s on the lookout for a brilliant Teaching Assistant to join their team. You’ll be that trusted, steady presence—supporting students who need a bit of extra help to thrive in the classroom.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting students across a range of subjects (don’t worry, no need to be an expert in everything!)
2. Providing 1:1 and small group support, especially in core subjects like English and Maths
3. Helping students stay focused, organised, and confident throughout their day
4. Being part of a friendly, inclusive school community that values every member of staff
What we’re looking for:
5. Some experience supporting young people—this could be in schools, youth work, or other settings
6. A patient, encouraging approach (you’re the calm in the corridor chaos!)
7. Someone who can build positive relationships and knows how to cheer students on, even on the tough days

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
