Area Manager –North East Location: Ideally Newcastle, Sunderland or Middlesbrough based (covering the North East region) Salary: £35,000 per annum Car Allowance Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday) About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Area Manager to join our team here at TCFM, covering a portfolio of sites across the Newcastle, Sunderland and Middlesbrough areas. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations across your area, ensuring excellent service delivery, team engagement, and strong client relationships. You’ll be the link between our on-site teams and our customers, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
