Sous Chef Designed for the 21st century yet remaining sympathetic to this beautiful historic hotel located in the heart of the New Forest. We are looking for a Sous Chef to come and join the team in our clients 2 AA Rosette restaurant, using locally sourced produce to create modern dishes. As Sous Chef you will be assisting the Head Chef to manage the kitchen team, assisting with a variety of daily tasks, taking responsibility ensuring everything is organised and cooking through service. Some of the main tasks include: leading by example in delivering meals of the highest standards to all guests to work alongside the Restaurant team to ensure that guests dining are served promptly ensure adherence to organisational standards of food quality, hygiene, preparation, and presentation maintain par stock levels through ordering and stock rotation, ensuring minimum wastage to work alongside the team of Chefs to ensure that all Restaurant/Function/lunch service hours are covered, to include Room Service provision to ensure that at all times food hygiene practices are followed Benefits: £35,000 plus tips and service charge 45 Hours per week Straight Shifts Great Location Car Parking Friendly atmosphere Company pension Discounted or free food Employee discounts Why Apply with Fire Group?
